Announcements 01.16: Office hours will be announced in class. Office is
334 TTC. Email is the best way to reach me. We will meet the second class day in the Senior Design lab.
Team meeting times will be arranged at the first class meeting.
Each team member must attend at least 75% of the weekly meetings.
NEW POLICY (JUNE 2007) : EXTERNAL EVALUATION OF TEAM CODE AND DOCUMENTS
WILL BE PERFORMED BY DEPARTMENT FACULTY (OR OTHER INSTRUCTOR
DESIGNATED PERSONS). THESE EVALUATIONS WILL STRONGLY
INFLUENCE TEAM GRADE. More details to come.

Peer evaluations are due at each of these milestones. Hardcopy
only. Your name, team name, and date must appear on each page.
Update your team web page for each milestone.

Short report (accomplishments, plan for next milestone), code
walk through, and demonstration of new functionality
P5 & P7
Presentation
(P7 will be held during the final exam. It will be
videotaped and many guests will be invited. Your team must do a
practice run in front of at least 2 faculty members to solicit
feedback. This must be done in time for you to incorporate their
feedback)
Code
and all documentation must be packaged up (details latter).
CD:
include all software to do a complete installation on a
clean machine; test cases and expected output in order to test the
installation of the system, and User's Guide.
Developer's Guide: Include an architectural diagram and brief
description to help the reader get a high level view of the system and
how it's components fit together. You are encouraged to refer to the P3
deliverable from last semester (make it clear if anything has been
updated this semester).
